Having the same issue. Clearing the cache of your browser appears to work temporarily. No perma-fix though.

same problem here, cannot update to 4.6.5. killed qbitorrent with taskmgr, still wouldn't work. then downloaded the installer directly and tried again, same error

also interested in the above @SinanAkkoyun if we could get this it would be great for scalable production inferencing
