your wallet is running as rpc server?

@hypeboard Did you manage to fix this issue. I am having the same issue. Running wallet-rpc and have the port open for it. Daemon status is OK and both daemon and wallet-rpc are running on the same machine.

I did fix it but have since closed my xmr pool. What it ended up fixing it was resyncing my blockchain. It had become corrupted somehow. Once I resynced, it ran fine.
