kicking users from leagues

ideally admins should be able to kick a user from a league instead of having to ask the user to leave it - even after games have been played. For instance, a 5k in a DDK league.

Let's be clear that kicking a user from a league if he have played games in it will remove the related games from the league table.

Well, it depends on the situation. If a game has counted for a league and it shouldn't, then the points should indeed be removed.

If a user is banned for other reasons, maybe we could have a system that adds "custom points" to the people that user had played with? Complicated though.

Some work have been done in 66ca74d: Admins can assign, remove players from leagues and divisions. For now we cannot remove players who already played leagues games. Front end is done only for communities admins.
