Upgrade previous/next buttons at bottom of page, and styling

I would recommend removing those buttons, I have two points:

• my flow was Resources :arrow_right: Climate Solutions :arrow_right: Industry
• At the bottom of the page, I have a button that says "previous Food, Agriculture ...." but it is not the page I previously visited. It is confusing
• why do we need to have extra buttons at the bottom if we have two menus, on the left, the maine menu, and the table of content on the right and it is accessible to the user all the time? Users can use them to navigate. It makes things complicated, and that should be avoided. The whole website has heavy content - complicated enough
• I would remove those buttons, but if you want to keep them, I think we should remove the "previous" button and keep only "Read next"
