Connectors Shouldn't be Dragged after it is attaching two shapes! The connection will be lost Easily!

@cliftonm while using the connectors to attach two shapes, then drag function to move the connector is still working!!!! this should not be available for the user until he is deleting the connection at all I think.

I realize that connections this way will easily remove the relation between two shapes.

Dragging function for the connector should be -OFF after the connector is attaching two elements.
