Notification appears spontaneously after phone calls

Device: Motorola moto g(6) OS version: Android 9 Easy Noise version: 0.10

With Easy Noise not running, place an outgoing phone call. After the call ends, observe the Easy Noise icon in the notification area. Expand notifications to show the Easy Noise controls showing it paused. This also occurs for incoming calls.
