i don't want see first page link when 1 in pages list (1 2 3 4 > 100) and don't want see last page link when it in pages list (1 < 97 98 99 100), but i want (1 < 10 11 12 13 > 100) maybe prev, next must be physically only when current page not first or last, not only have class disabled

This is a new feature with bootstrap 2.2.0, will try to update asap

@tonydspaniard, we have Bootstrap 2.2.1 now in 1.0.6-wip branch. @DrDeath72, does this feature works for you now?

Moved to next milestone as this is obviously a feature request and not a bug report. Such a configuration properties do not exist yet neither in the TbPager nor in the base CLinkPager classes.
