Make favorite emotes scrollable

Make the favorite emotes horizontal scrolling. Typical scroll should work, it should just slide horizontally.

Lazily using my laptop's touchscreen while half-lurker-bed-Twitching has become commonplace for me. It probably wouldn't be much more effort to make this feature touch horizontal-swiping compatible. Just a consideration. :-D

It shouldn't be too terribly hard. jquery-custom-scrollbar is what I am using and it looks like they support touch scrolling:

  • vertical and horizontal scrollbars you can style your own way
  • scrolling by mouse dragging, mouse wheel, keyboard – just as you would with native browser scrollbar
  • touch scrolling on mobile devices (Android, iPhone and iPad)
  • a couple predefined skins showing you how to style scrollbars
  • simple api that lets you scroll programmatically and be notified about scroll events

...because this is basically abandoned by me. BetterTTV still makes some changes on their version; however, I have no need for this project anymore as Twitch's menu has finally received enough features to make this project obsolete in my opinion.
