Hello,

Nice work with scrapy-selenium! The last PyPI release was over a year ago and that's lacking remote webdriver capabilities etc. Any plans for a release soon?

Throwing my support behind this issue: please can we have a new release with the support for remote webdriver?

BTW I also tried installing the package using setup.py and got an error about missing module pip.download, which I understand is only available with older versions of pip.
