[enhancement] [library] Let's have a switch for each entry in the library path list

(Assuming I'm not the only user having several music collections in various hard drives / net locations)

As it is now:

In order to browse available music, we have to kill a library folder for each path not available (read. external drive) and rescan all of it when it is back. Would be really handy: Let's have a switch for all paths comprising the library to temporarily filter the latter.
