Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

Correct encoding / Unable to render national language

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

Just scan you library with national symbols with Clementine. Every file normally displayed in Foobar/AudioMonkey will display incorrectly in Clementine. There are 3 different ways it failt to rendern national encoding, please see the screenshot. My tracks use CP1251 encoding widely used in my country. I think UTF is less popular. So it should be supported as a standard. Finally in 2023.

Btw other Linux software can render this CP1251 encoding fine. This is an issue of exactly Clementine.

Wow, I had a small research and see this problem is reported in Internet for years. So I've migrated to another app (Foobar [Win] / Foobnix [Linux]) that has no such problems. Actually, any other app does not have such problems, lol. Just guess Clementine should claim in title that this is app for USA music only, because many official releases I have use CP1251.
