Why "Keep running in the background.." and other options disabled in settings?

I tried the latest Clementine build from here

  • Operating System: macOS 10.14.3
  • Clementine version: 1.3.1 and also 1.3.1-555-g9282c2c but for both options are disabled.

Expected behaviour / actual behaviour

Options accessible.

Steps to reproduce the problem (only for bugs)

Open settings of the app.

same question here. Some settings should be changed or why?

just to note: in Strawberry the same option works, enabled for me (yet Strawberry buggy in exporting playlists extra info so I'm more for Clementine now):
