Hello, I would ask if there are already plans to support flatpak or appimage? For appimage somebody already made a package: https://github.com/probonopd/AppImages/blob/master/recipes/clementine/Recipe
Best regards
That example is extremely outdated. The recommended way to do this is to use linuxdeployqt on Travis CI. If there is interest from this project, I can help setting it up.
probonopd: Please do! I can't stand how broken Clementine is from one distro to another. The most common problem is to login to different online services like Google and Dropbox.
So who from this project would work with me on setting it up?
I have no knowledge about programming but if someone sets up a donation for this to happen I will donate a small sum.

Any chance we may ever get a flatpak? Would really help in Alpine Linux.
Just fyi clementine is available via flathub for some time now.
Please AppImage, it is good to reproduce issues i think + easy installation for most Linux. Ideally updateable for bandwidth savings: https://docs.appimage.org/packaging-guide/optional/updates.html
Please add Appimage support. I use Pop!_OS and none of the Ubuntu packages work despite it being an ubuntu derivative(likely because they are very old). It would be simpler for everyone(users and maintainers alike) if this very excellent music player was distributed in a portable format.
