Completely Revamp the WSL Guide

The current guide for using libTAS with WSL on the wiki assumes several elements that simply cannot be reasonably assumed. For example, it assumes users that opt to do so are familiar with Linux, and most users that opt for this are absolutely not (if they were, they'd just dual boot). As such, they're unequipped to follow it and they end up lost in the process, leading to abandoning the tool even before installing it.

I'm currently working on a setup guide that assumes no prior knowledge of TASing or Linux. I'm submitting a PR once I'm done.
