Error upon savestate creation when using vulkan graphics driver interface "getNextArea" and "No such file or directory"

Error upon Shift+F1 [libTAS f:341] Thread 254964 (main) ERROR: line[line_idx++] == '\n' failed in getNextArea with error No such file or directory libTAS /bin/ruffle -g vulkan /home/user/foo.swf v1.4.3 (official stable .deb)

Note that the system libTAS is running on uses the Intel© Core™ i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz × 4 and thus warns that MESA-INTEL: warning: Ivy Bridge Vulkan support is incomplete for the Intel Corporation IvyBridge GT2 [HD Graphics 4000]

I think this has been fixed by 0857a7f, you could try the last commit, using the automated build.
