I was wondering if it would make sense to add the topological autoencoder from : https://arxiv.org/abs/1906.00722

The authors' implementation lives here and used for dataviz by e.g. UMATO but is no longer being maintained.

Thank you for the suggestion! I will definitely have a look at the model and try to integrate it in the library when I have some time.
