[Feature Request] Add Export, Import and Reset functions for PTNG option values

I request the addition of the ability to export, import and reset PTNG option values. Because there are a lot of configuration items and I think they are highly necessary.

Features:

1. Backup (Export) It would be helpful to have an export function for backup of option values.
2. Restore (Import) An import function would also be helpful for when new installations of Thunderbird and when using new profiles.
3. Reset (Initialize) Reset is useful for starting over from the beginning with the initial settings.

My desired specification:

• Backup, Restore, Reset / 3 Button
• Backup, Restore Button click to open Explorer (For Windows OS)
• Backup and Restore folders are saved (To prefs.js of Thunderbird)
• Reset Button click to initialize (From *.xpi\defaults\preferences\prefs.js)
• File name is default only [PTNG + Version + Date (YYYYMMDD)] e.g. PTNG-222-20230415.txt
