3rd-party: Export libraries on 3rd-party repositories

Some 3rd-party bundles may want to export their libraries to be used by other applications installed in the system. We need to export this files in a way that is similar to what's done for binaries and configure the correct env variables (like LD_LIBRARY_PATH).
