swupd search should be case insensitive.

The performance hit is miniscule The value is great.

e.g.

$ swupd search PyQT5
Search failed, no reasonable results found

 swupd search PyQt5
Component PyQt5 has version 5.14.1.dev1912311030

failing to return "reasonable results" because of t vs T is user-hostile for 2020.
