Hi!

Could we include support for network_data.json? DHCP is not always a suitable option.

Well that's why it's listed here. I suppose we could, but, I'm not really looking forward to building essentially a bridge from network_data.json to systemd-networkd. But yeah, it would be a solution for some applications.
