Cgit: Missing files for code syntax highlight

so after a lot of trying, I'm giving up, because I cannot get the code highlighter to work at all. The python version does something, but never finishes it. I have waited several minutes, with no change. The highlight binary is not available, and I cannot copy it into the docker container for some reason.

Weirdly, the readme formatter works out of the box.

I think a sensible solution would be to include the binary in the container image, since you're shipping the scripts anyways. Sadly there is no clearlinux package for that it seems
