add rofi with wayland support

X11 rolling into sunset, so it will be nice to have the working alternative: https://github.com/lbonn/rofi Licence & compilation are identical with one difference: -Dxcb=disabled.

Oh this is a fork which kept the same name. Currently we are shipping rofi in a bspwm bundle that is very x centric as you note and given it is disabling rather than extending it isn't a simple replacement.

Currently we ship bemenu for this kind of use case on wayland I believe. Is that not working for you?

You can enable optional X11 support in lbonn/rofi, this is easy tho.

Bemenu is now broken, clear logs without any warnings. Rofi designed to work with desktop entries while bemenu only supports executables.
