`tecla` can't show Arabic keyboard layout

Hello, I want to reporting bugs on Clear Linux. It comes from tecla. That problems is it can't show Arabic layout keyboard and it blanks. You can see in this screenshot. I wish this problem can solved in next updates. Thanks for solve this bugs
