installer fails without explanation

after #765, i decided to try installing outside the LUKS+LVM vg:

The installer fails with no explanation I can see in the log. clr-installer.log

I had similar issue with custom install...installer crashes whenever you try custom partitioning.

You can still use it with safe install partitioning or destructive option.

Same here, I followed the partitioning instructions found in this guide and it failed
