Add support for staging source and debuginfo RPMs

Variables for these guys needs to be defined, but if they exist, they should be staged into the following directory structure:

repo/
    x86_64/
        os/
            Packages/
            repodata/
        debug/*
            repodata/
    source/*
            SRPMS/
                repodata/

* Indicates missing directories
