swupd LLVM 12 support?

Any chance we can see LLVM12 add to swupd?

good timing; yesterday we were discussing if we should go straight to llvm 13 or make a step via 12.

(llvm is a bit of a complicated package to update since for each version we need to make a compatibility package for users of older libllvm .. which is a slightly complex bootstrap dance)
