[FR] Staggered Temperature Change per Light

Hi!

I have ~100 hue ambient lights and am using the Conbee II with Deconz. If I turn on more than ~20 lights on at once, only around 12 will change temperature. Some may not even turn on. My assumption is that I'm hitting some type of limit with the Conbee II. Is there a way to delay the temperature transition, per light or implement some type of random & staggered interval at which each light will temperature change?

Furthermore, is it possible to block the instant temperate change if you're within 5 seconds of the next global temperature transition? That way the same light is not flooded with the same request multiple times.
