CC2531 must be reset after power outage

Hi, I have some IKEA lights that turns on after a power outage, I notice when the circadian lighting integration is turned on, the CC2531 becomes unresponsive (maybe too much zigbee2mqtt network traffic) the only way is to reset the adapter or disconnect and reconnect it to the USB and then restart zigbee2mqtt.

The Home assistant is running on UPS batteries.

Some nights the power outage brings up all the lights (IKEA lights don't remember the previous state) go figure what is getting up somnolent dazzled by these bright lights, trying to reset the CC2531...
