Differential Threshold

Add option for “differential threshold” which would disable Circadian Lighting if lights are set to a color too far away from the appropriate circadian color temperature. This unique idea provided by @cicero222 would prevent Circadian Lighting from overriding Hue scenes, for example.

+1, this is my biggest issue with the Flux component, and why I've since removed it.

One optional way would be a maximum adjustment speed. so the system keeps on adjusting against the expected color, but does so gradually instead of directly.

That way if you override color/brightness. They will slowly dim back to controlled level, but will be doing so at the same speed as the sun sets.
