I just created a basic pull request that would achieve something similar to what you want. We would need to first figure out how to handle any modified files though....

Ok, I will take a more detailed look at this when I get around to it.

That's a file permission error. It means npm does not have execute permission for that folder. I find that odd because you are using sudo. Some suggestions . . ....
