Textarea with autosize shows scrollbar when the text still fit the `maxRow`

setting ```styles: { input: { overflow: "hidden" } }``` was the quick fix for us to remove the unwarranted Textarea scroll behavior.

Gdal::Ogr.get_driver_by_name returns nil for ESRI Shapefile
