[QUESTION] Could you explain which is the criteria?

Would be nice if the README of this repo also explains which is the criteria and algorithms to give a score to a certain README.

I also would welcome more explanations about the criteria. At the very least, it would be really helpful to have some brief explanation of the meanings of the individual entries in the scoreboard.
