Print to PDF doesn't open clawPDF automatically?

When I manually open clawPDF application it shows up the print to pdf job, but it should open automatically, no? Is this the intended behaviour that I have to manually open clawPDF?

Even when clawPDF application is open in background minimized, it doesn't get the print job, when I close it and again open it, then it shows the print profile dialog?
