Migrate to travis-ci.com

travis-ci.org will be shut down at the end of the year, cf. https://mailchi.mp/3d439eeb1098/travis-ciorg-is-moving-to-travis-cicom. Hence, everything should be migrated to travis-ci.com. (at least the badge in the README indicates that you're using travis-ci.org) The same will probably be true for other repos of clawpack.

This would be a good issue to raise generally but label also as a good "first issue" as I don't think this would be difficult to do with some guidance.

It's indeed easy to do: Some mouse clicks and a change of travis-ci.org to travis-ci.com in the README (badge). However, you need some rather high level of access rights (organization/repos).

Since I needed to do this for some of my other repos anyway, I went ahead and did the mouse-clicking part for all the Clawpack repos (which I could do with a single button so it seemed silly not to).

I think that now we only need to make the replacement mentioned by @ranocha in the relevant README files.
