Add longer regression tests as an option
Currently some of the tests only run to a few time steps since we do not want to have the test suite take forever. We should then also have an option to run longer versions of each of the tests, in particular the shock bubble test, so that we can ensure we are covering everything possible.
Hi Kyle, I am curious about that. Could you give me few more details about that? Why a longer tests should cover more code? Is it because the features of the test evolve with time? Thanks!

I was more thinking along the lines the that a longer test may test stability and accuracy more robustly in ways a short test does not.
