We should try the Wiki feature

I wanted to avoid adding a wiki. github already supports online creation of commits/pull-requests, though it might not be as convenient as I thought it would be.

Owners can create edit commits online (I just tried that with a one-line change), non-owners see a "fork and edit this file" button when they visit any file in the repo. This should allow everyone to create pull requests online. Only issue is that I don't see what happens to the implied fork afterwards (the blog entry sounds as if any existing fork of the same repo will be reused, creating a new fork if necessary).
