Integration with pipework

Evaluate the opportunity to integrate the pipework project as network configuration tool to operate independently by lxc-config file.

In this scenario the default lxc network interface could be used as "management" interface while the pipework's added interface could be used as extra interfaces.

Pro in this scenario:

• the network interfaces could be managed independently
• LWP could extend its own API REST to support network configuration [1]
• The lwp startup script should include a default for each machine (to be investigate)
