Some thinkpads require another fan level

Hi,

FYI I use a T430 with a quad core CPU. I gets really hot while compiling... up to the point of powering off itself on stock FreeBSD.

I've noticed its fan accepts a "level 8" speed, which is the equivalent of the "disengaged" level on Linux systems. I've modified if (level->number > 7) to if (level->number > 8) in parser.c and it works perfectly. May be something to improve.
