Cannot install from forked repo

Hey, I believe #48 is still an issue in v2.

The files inpackage.json contain the dist folders but those don't exist before the thing is built and there is no install/postinstall script to build it (+ src is not included so nothing to build from really).

Building it manually however works much better now :+1:

That's a good point. I'll try to make some time to address this in the near future. If you have a pressing need for this, PRs are definitely welcome!
