experimental version: issue caused by the popover when using scaled element

Hi Team,

I used this demo https://codesandbox.io/p/sandbox/beautiful-zhukovsky-thnc4t to demonstrate the issue. I just added transform: scale(0.2) to the root element. if you tried to drag an element or a column it will not respect the scaling and the item or the column will reset to the normal scale and font size and width and height and top and left values. after a bit of research I found that the popover is causing this issue.

it would be great if the popover can be fixed or make an option to disable it.

Yes... I wish there would be an option to provide the parent scale manually...
