Where do I get the list of supported languages?

I'm not going to run/host the service -- I'm making a tool for a public pastebin service API. But where can I see the list of supported languages? I'm aware of two pastebins:

https://paste.the-compiler.org/api/langs https://paste.centos.org/api/langs

but both return: "Invalid API key"

For example, I've found here these three files with language lists:

but none of them includes the language 0 that is listed as supported here: https://paste.the-compiler.org/api
