http://linuxdc.sourceforge.net was a more updated version of Linux on the Dreamcast that ultimately got merged into LinuxSH, which itself got merged into the master kernel. The version on your repository is an ancient build, however there are a few drivers on the site’s open directory that never got merged to the master Linux branch, and a VMU filesystem pull request on a mailing archive that also never made it in the kernel.

I'm aware of their kernel but I didn't see anything that could be easily assimilated for the first draft. If you know it can be dropped in the existing tree and "just works," I'll evaluate that, but it didn't obviously seem to be the case.
