Dockerfile in wiki does not seem to be building

The docker build step fails without much an error, I've made a simplified build command (https://github.com/vxe/clasp/wiki ) which parameterises the llmv number if works on other machines I can update the official wiki:

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

The image should build

Actual behavior A clear and concise description of what happened instead. This should include error messages and backtraces if there are any. If that would be more than a few dozen lines, please attach it in a file instead.
