Windows Support

Eventually we probably want to support a Windows port as well.

Currently this is nowhere near in sight as the port would take significant effort to do, would probably require patches to Clang as well (due to exception handling differences), and it is generally not something most of us need to begin with.

I don't know if there is a GitHub way to say +1 to this issue, but I would definitely be interested in using this if it worked under Windows. Thanks!
