The folds from treesitter behave exactly like other folds.

Tree-sitter 0.22.6 is required; make sure Nix has the correct dependency. If you make a PR, **always** use the provided build scripts.

Features are not backported in general, so this will be 0.11 only. (Unless it's actually a `fix`; then it will be backported. @mfussenegger will decide.)
