V10 release prep

I'm super busy not using dynogels at the minute but if you wanted to validate the next major release I'll happily push it to npm. The changes so far: https://github.com/clarkie/dynogels/compare/v9.0.0...master

At the minute the build is failing on master.

@clarkie Are you still wanting help with this? We have quite a few features / fixes that aren't published yet. I haven't heard from you in awhile; if you can share the publishing key with me or @dangerginger I'm sure one of us could get v10 ready.
