Black processed image, but raw image seems ok.

Hi, Could you help me identify potential issue, please?

Ubuntu 20.04 Cast 10.3.0 iPhone app 10.3.0 python 3.8

I was using my original script which works with Cast 9.3 to collect some data, and found out the image data are all 0. I then tested with the pycaster.py example, and found that processed image are the same (empty) - example below

however, the raw image seems have data through. -example below

First thought was firewall, but it has been disabled. Connection OK, and can controlling image parameters with the API is also OK. Is there anything I missed? many thanks.
