PL: upper vs. lower house - parliamentary groups and political parties
We have decided to use parliamentary groups instead of political parties. PL data already has parliamentaryGroup but uses politicalParty (assuming from words Klub and Koło).
We have one set of parliamentary groups for the lower house in the Czech Republic and a second set for the upper house.
- How do parliamentary groups work in the Polish parliament? Are they joined for both houses, or there are they separate organizations?
- PL data do not have organizations for houses. Is there any indication that the person is affiliated with the lower and upper houses?
- I am not sure I can fix Polish data to observe the new mandatory organization rules #227. We want every corpus to have government, parliamentaryGroup and parliament(one for upper and one for lower house if both appear in data) organizations
