Can we have items/second back, please?

I've just noticed that, although #12 is still open, the UI now quotes all quantities in items/minute. This makes me sad, as it's a lot harder to do mental arithmetic on the much larger values. I tried to quick-hack it back, but the rate calculations are spread over so many places I couldn't manage to find them all.

Hi @mpalmer, just to understand the scope of the change, would you like to see items/second for inputs, outputs, or both?

My goal of showing items/min on output was to match the production stats the game shows. I suppose we could make it another option...
