本shell中没有妥善的处理

PID=`ps -ef | grep -v grep | grep -i "${BIN}" | awk '{print $2}'`

可能返回多个pid的情况（例如vim可能正在编辑frps.ini的配置文件），你可以尝试运行ps -def | grep frps，kill掉所有相关进程后重试frps start
